What are the VAT charges?

VAT is charged at 17.5% per cent unless otherwise stated.

What is the guarantee period for your products?

Nikken offers a one-year guarantee on most of its products. The KenkoDream and KenkoComfort Deluxe carry a 15-year guarantee. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more information.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover any of the following:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Misuse, including failure to use the products for their normal purposes, and inappropriate storage of products.
  3. Damage caused by lighting, fire, acts of God, war, public disturbances.

The guarantee only applies in the countries in which Nikken is currently licensed and established.

Is the item in stock?

All items available to order on the site are in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, it will not be available for ordering. You will be notified on screen should this be the case.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders may be paid by credit card only (Visa or Mastercard). Once your payment has been accepted you will immediately receive an on-screen order acknowledgement from Nikken. Please print this from your screen and keep it safe as proof of your payment.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

You can send your order to any address within your home country. If you need to change your existing registered delivery address you will need to amend your registration details. Please return to the registration area and re-enter the revised delivery address before resubmitting your registration details.

Can I ship my order to another country?

Currently we are only able to ship orders within your home country.

I would like to cancel/amend my order.

Once your order is paid, items are despatched promptly so it is not possible to amend your order. However should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please refer to our section on returning items.
